Sincethrough community organizing, advocacy, and in-school programming, Chicago Chapter of the Gay, Lesbian and Straight Education Network (GLSEN) has benefited youth, staff members, and the community by fostering nondiscrimination in school settings. Chicago Community Resources. Southern California Community Resources. Whether it is in our community, or one much farther away from home, we know that all in need deserve our help and support. Dallas Community Resources. The Alliance promotes safety, support, and healthy development for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, and questioning (LGBTQ+) youth in Illinois through advocacy, education, youth organizing, and professional development.

For 25 years, we have centered Black queer women through community organizing, intergenerational programming, education, and healing justice. We empower all persons to live healthy, love openly, and achieve equality and inclusion.

The Office of Student Health and Wellness recognizes that there are a number of strategies which can be used to enhance school climate and make schools safer and more welcoming to LGBTQ students. Howard Brown serves men, women, trans and gender non-conforming folks, infants, youth, and children through a multi-site operation based in Chicago.

There are six other LGBTQ-friendly schools in the city and fourteen more LGBTQ-friendly schools near Chicago. We strive to empower, embolden, and educate each other through mutual aid, knowledge-sharing, and the creation of community-sourced resources as we build toward the liberation of all oppressed peoples.

The Chamber is focused on the economic vitality of our area, our community, and the success of our members. Trans Pride Initiative Trans Pride Initiative is working to provide assistance and support for transgender and gender diverse persons in areas of healthcare, housing, employment, education, and public accommodations.

The Heart of the University. The Alliance, which made PHIMC its home inenvisions a world. Each year, we serve thousands of Maryland residents in order to fulfill our commitment of uniting, empowering, and advocating on behalf of sexual and gender minorities of Baltimore and Central Maryland.
